About Joe

They wrote me off. I kept showing up.

When I dropped out of high school, people wrote me off. They said I'd never amount to anything. Since then I've earned my GED, served 21 years in the Navy, and retired as a Chief Petty Officer. Along the way I earned an MBA and a doctorate-level certificate in business.

After the Navy I became a government contractor. The money was great, but I wasn't happy. So I moved into real estate, found work I love, and built a business in Virginia. Today I'm licensed in both Virginia and Kentucky.

Every chapter of my life has taught me something. The biggest lesson is that you can build or rebuild anything once you know two things: where you are and where you're heading. Then you keep showing up, every day. That's why I coach.
